summary:
The Strategy of the Director of the High Director is a member of the leadership that bears the responsibility for helping to design and ensure the success of the comprehensive money collection program to help the hospital achieve its immediate and long -term financial goals. Initial collection duties include identifying, cultivating and requesting the horizons of the main gifts in addition to the responsibility of the annual, capitalist and planned giving relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Add the value as a major member of management; Understand works, finance, industry, customers and strategy.
2. He oversees employees, provides guidance, trainers, trains, development, and manages the performance of the company’s goals and expectations.
3. He is committed to the department’s budget to maintain expenditures.
4. The chief development employee helps in the direction and growth of employees, development and grants, including collecting funds, special occasions and federal, loyal and local grant requests.
5. Initial collection duties include identifying, cultivating and seeking main gifts that exceed $ 100,000 in addition to the responsibility of annual and capitalist giving requests.
6. He works with different members of the Foundation team to determine the strategic goals.
7. Consult with members of the development team to determine the possibilities within their portfolio and help them with agriculture, contact and danger.
8. Consult the internal team to analyze data and training during service and other activities.
9. Other duties as required.
Other information:
Technical experience
1. Experience in collecting professional donations with a proven record for successful results required; It is preferable to collect donations for health care.
2. Experience in selling the relationship prefer.
3. Strong communication (by mouth and writing), personal management skills and required time management.
4. A valid Ohio driver’s license is required.
5. Experience in working with all levels within the organization is required.
6. MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or a similar program required. Database management program is required; Raiser’s Edge is preferred. The striped giving program (Crescento, PGCALC) is preferred.
Education and experience
1. Education: the required bachelor’s degree. It prefers a master’s degree
2. Certificate: preferred to collect approved donations (CFRE).
3. Years of relevant experience: At least 7 years are required in the field of charitable money raising.
4. Years of supervisory experience: Required at least 5 years.
