We rely as an assistant, developing an artist to join the AWAL team in New York. This role provides reports to Awal’s SVP and Artist Development & Catalog for the Artists Development Team with all jobs, where we participate with artists to build fans and their professions in new and dynamic ways.

Our ideal candidate is a creative and curious learner and has a passion for music, which is a pre -emptive behavior, directed towards details and very organized.

What will you do:

• Providing administrative and project support for the artists development team.
• Project bills and seller construction.
• Maintaining a database of tours database, coordinating ticket purchases and guest list requests.
• Coordination, organization and transmission of regular team priority updates, issuance tables, marketing assets, and links.
• Standing and attending meetings with team members, writing down notes, and distributing the next business schedules and steps.
• Contributing to creative marketing and the content of ideas for priority artists development projects.
• Help in searching and reporting current social media trends and viral paths.
• Maintaining the main anniversary evaluation, cultural moments and events.
• Providing administrative support for SVP, and developing artists and catalogs.
• Providing desktop support to the New York -based AWAL team, including communication with construction employees, coordination of offices visitors, arrangement of meetings and events, and demand supplies.
• Providing administrative support when he is the CEO of New York.
