Role

Engineers who have been deployed forward (FDES) work in Trellis directly with health care providers, pharmaceutical companies, and diagnostic laboratories to understand the most urgent operational challenges and implement solutions operating in Amnesty International that transform patients. Our customers trust in an important important health care process, and projects often start with complex questions such as “How can we reduce the previous mandate denial rates while accelerating access to the patient to life -saving treatments?” Or “How can we simplify the registration process in our drug program to get patients who need medications they need faster?”

• Basic responsibilities: As FDE, your role combines the technical depth of senior engineers and strategic thinking of a healthcare consultant. It will work in independent small teams with direct arrival to driving and delivery of highly influential projects. It may include your day:
  • Technical implementation: Teaching and creating a custom workflow AI, integrating with EHR systems, developing health care pipeline lines
  • Customer cooperation: Work directly with clinical teams, operating managers and CEOTE managers to understand the workflow and improve results
  • Data engineering: Processing and complex health care data structure, from clinical observations to insurance instructions to laboratory results
  • Product Development: Building specialized facades and tools that are smoothly integrated in the current health care work
  • Strategic planning: Establishing road maps for implementation and success standards for health care projects on a large scale
