About this role:

We are based on a manager or director of the product that can be strategic and a condition-a coach who flourishes at the intersection of leadership, implementation and innovation of products. You will be brought directly to CTO and work closely with CEO, President Design & Director of Engineering to improve our products for our products and build a global -level product culture.

You will lead by doing: partnership with engineering and design, managing and guiding PMS, and helping the difference to implement quickly and effectively. We believe in enabling the difference with ownership and independence, and will help prepare systems to make this work wide.

What will you do:

• Product leadershipPMS guidance and training while he personally owns the main product initiatives; Develop the team from 2 to 4+SS next year.
• Organizational design: Helping the Org’s Org’s structure (for example, dividing areas against central planning) to support autonomy and speed.
• Strategy and implementation: Cooperation with the CEO, CTO, and the head of the design to lead the product road map, refine our strategic bets, and provide influential features quickly.
• Creating artificial intelligence: Take advantage of artificial intelligence tools and form product experiments that were implanted with artificial intelligence. Ideally, I built and shipped artificial intelligence products and learn how to critically emerging artificial intelligence technology.
• Measurement and measurement: Make sure to track the correct data and use it to inform the decisions. Thinking champion directed towards the result.

What we are looking for:

• 7-12 years of experience in managing products, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role (for example, the head of the producer or director or the like).
