• Annual salary scope: $ 95,000 – $ 115,000, in addition to stocks

In 8 leaflets reviewed by the peers, Dynamicare increased the rates of opioids, stimulants, alcohol and tobacco by 2-4X compared to typical therapy. Dynamicare has won the PDA, and it is already stormed by the US health care system with partners who include Rudd Island, Alagini Province in Pennsylvania, BCBS from Massachusets, Horizon BcBsnj, Spring Health Health.

We understand that recovery is not suitable for everything, which is why our platform provides the continuous flexibility and support necessary to change sustainable behavior. We convert addiction care and help more people restore their lives from drug abuse disorders. Through the digital recovery platform, Dynamicare brings a therapeutic approach installed in the digital age, which makes the recovery support the more our organs are.

About the job

By working as a full engineer in Dynamicare, you will join the Agile team completely to design, build and maintain evidence -based applied applications. Since we are a small company, you will have the opportunity to wear many different hats related to Devops, security and other engineering fields.

As the main developer of Dynamicare, you will have ownership on the code base, which makes this a great opportunity to influence. There will also be room for growth in terms of leadership with the team’s expansion, with the possibility of forming practices, directing future developers, and a greater responsibility in making technical decisions.

We are currently striving to expand our user base and increase the rates of retirement, with a financing tour A on the horizon. We use the Ruby On Rails app, which operates multiple sub -ranges and includes the REST app -subsidting application interface that supports the React Mobile Mobile Mobile application, as well as an analysis application using ActionView, React and Animulus.

Here are some examples of the work you may do in Dynamicare:

• Monitor and respond to the vulnerability of the portable and server package, apply corrections immediately, and evaluate whether it poses any danger to our users.
• Refactor Rails to enhance the development of features and data processing efficiency.
• Improving dates tracking features to include repeated appointments.
• Maintaining a possibility engine is used to schedule material tests, and ensure the function by writing a comprehensive set of unit and integration tests.
• Build new series in bars to help export data in XLSX or CSV format so that our team has an insight into the main standards.
• Create and maintain new background functions to improve expansion and performance of our application.
• Ensuring the safety of data, privacy and compliance with the flame.

About you

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for technology and motivated to make the world a better place.

Your basic responsibilities will include the development of full gains, Devops, and to maintain strong data for data across our basic system. You must have at least three years of experience with our basic frameworks: Ruby on Rails and React Native. The experience of publishing and managing applications using Circleci, Aptible and AWS is of special value.

The work experience within the borders of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 is an additional feature, given the sensitive nature of our work. We are also looking for a person familiar with Agile’s development, especially SCRUM and SPRINT. Efficiency with cooperation and project management tools such as ASana, Confluence and Jira are important to stay in line with the team.

Although you are experienced, we do not expect you to reach the ground on the first day. We appreciate the studied plane and provide you with the time and support necessary to learn our systems and operations. Strong communication is necessary here, whether you are correcting a symbol, cooperating with designers, or explaining the technical concepts of the team’s non -technical teammates.

We also strengthen a cooperative environment where each sound is heard, and respectable dialogue and constructive comments are encouraged. Our common goal is to build a product that helps people recover from addiction, and we believe that this happens better when everyone works with openness and clarity.

Computer science degree or equivalent is not required for this position. If you have the pieces and skills needed to do this task well, this is all that matters.

While you will submit a report to the Director of Information Technology and Engineering, we strongly believe in autonomy here in Dynamicare. Interview

We aim to make the employment decision by August 31, 2025. All interviews will be made on zooming. The process includes four stages:

2. An interview with the direct manager – a deeper discussion about your experience and technical compatibility with the team.
3. Interview with the CEO and head of product design-focus on the company’s vision, product thinking, and job cooperation.
