About the role

The role of the first guarantee officer in the Research, Innovation and Impact Department (RII) includes a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring Sari University’s commitment to governance and organizational standards. This role in particular maintains a vigilant supervision of national policy initiatives, best practices in reliable research and diligence, which leads to the development and update of foreign reporting requirements, and to inform the trusted research agenda at the university in compliance with organizational frameworks and ensure compliance with major legislation such as the National Security and Investment Law.

In cooperation with stakeholders, this role will lead to advice experts, guidance, training and support for researchers and administrative and professional services employees, including risk evaluation management for new cooperation and partnerships, by enhancing strong relationships with academic schools and university services to enhance responsible research practices.

About you

The ideal candidate for this role will be qualified for the level of master’s or doctorate in physical sciences or engineering, or will have equivalent research experience. Efficiency in IT systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deal with sensitive data is essential. Moreover, the candidate must have strong networks and effects on capabilities, as well as experience consulting with organizational bodies on governance, compliance and risk relief. There is also a need to travel from time to time for external conferences and events to effectively achieve the responsibilities of this role.

What we can offer

In addition to salaries, it will receive an annual increase in additional wages, the generous annual merit for 25 days, in addition to 7 days. Excellent.
