This position may be eligible for a hybrid work order that may include a partial workplace in part, in line with the system office policy. UNC Chaplin Hill staff is generally required to stay within a reasonable transfer distance for their customized duty.

Estates is responsible for managing the settlement of all funds and accessing real estate that has the interest of the university and the institutions affiliated with it. This includes supervision of the process of commandments, ensuring real estate settlement in a timely manner and accuracy, and protecting the legal and financial interests of the university. This role works in a close partnership with the CEO and the university’s adviser, and represents the university in the court’s procedures as needed, and works as a major link for the legal advisor. Estates is the main person for real estate gifts provided to all schools, units, programs and institutions in Carolina.

The main responsibilities include setting the correct gifts, maintaining relationships with real estate planning lawyer, and communicating with perpetrators and financial professionals in relation to real estate gifts. The job operator cooperates with the gift services team to ensure the treatment of appropriate distributions for trust and real estate, and review letters of recognition of the gift to sign the advisor, and provides instructions for development employees regarding real estate issues. A donor contact is required from time to time.

Additional duties include support for overseeing efforts to give donors planning to coordinate with the gift planning team, conduct donors research to help travel planning, and use Tia KASPICK platform to support the presentations related to the available donors and life income in cooperation with a life and tax income official.
