Step to the heart of excitement on the day of the game! This position revolves around providing distinctive unforgettable experiences for the lovers of Notre Dame and guests. From coordination of hospitality in football, basketball and hockey to design moments of surprise and sincerity, you will be in the midst of everything. By working closely with athletics, global partnerships in Notre Dame, and his colleagues on campus, they will help revive vision throughout the year throughout the year.

What will you do?

• Driving installment strategy: Helping to develop and implement the comprehensive vision of distinguished experiences through sports.
• Create unforgettable game days: Providing support on the site and managing the distinguished spaces for football, basketball and hockey.
• Nimoli Club experiences: Supervising the generosity of hospitality before the match, including events, accomplishing partners, F & B format, and moments of surprise and sincerity.
• Raising basketball premium: He leads men’s basketball (Naimsouli and Kings) and women’s basketball fields with smooth service and narrow reactors.
• Handing over the white glove service: Building strong relationships with distinguished members and prospects through proactive communication, personal service, and initiatives to retain customers.
• Cooperation via teams: Partner with sales, marketing, tickets, facilities, catering, security and events to ensure the implementation of flaws free.
• Creating constantly: Design studied touches, gifts, and unforgettable experiences that characterize Notre Dame.
• Support Management Goals: Contributing to projects and initiatives to lead strategic participation to enhance guest experiences throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Education qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
• Experience: from 3 to 4 years in hospitality/excellent seats, annual giving, customer service, keeping them, events or related areas.
• Skills qualifications: time management, antiques, enthusiasts, directed towards the task, critical thinking, problem solving, basic knowledge of Pacolan and Salesforce CRM, and guided customer service.

Salary: up to $ 48,000
