Economic impact (EIC) is the No. 1 solution to build and expand economic development efforts through advanced software and institutions solutions. The SAAS platform helps our small business programs and economic development professionals to advance meaningful growth through decisions based on data and strategic interventions.

We are looking for a solo producer designer who shares our bias in beautiful design and understands that great UX can transform how societies build economic opportunities. It will be the sound of the design platform for our startup and support for small business program managers who are on the front lines for economic development.

What will you do:

• Design with the purpose: Facades of intuitive and beautiful freedom for the SAAS economic development platform, which helps small business programs manage more effectively and push the impact of the real community

• Owning the design process: Design lead from concept to launch, and work closely with the owner of our product and the technology team to bring your vision to life

• Understand our users: A partner with our customer experience team to understand deep needs, workflow and pain points in economic development specialists

• Our design language development: Based on the current design style and its promotion, and ensuring consistency with the boundaries of what the economic development program might be

• Data -based design: Use the main performance indicators and user comments to verify design decisions and constantly improve the user experience

• Multi -functional cooperation: Work smoothly with producer and technology teams and CX in our fully remote environment

• Think like our users: He approached the challenges with curiosity and sympathy. He always asks, “How can we make this more useful for program managers trying to develop their societies?”

You are perfect if you have:

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a busy record for successful Saas platforms design

• Individual design experience – You are comfortable with being the sound of design and driving independently

• B2B Saas Experience You understand the complex workflow and how to make it simple and intuitive

• User axis approach It seeks to understand customer needs first, then explore and defend the strongest solutions

• Systems thinking – You can work within the current design patterns with their carefully evolving
