Detailed description:
The Assistant Marketing and Revenue Assistant plays a major role in enhancing the vision and impact of athletics on the US dollar through creative marketing strategies, campus participation, and innovative revenue strategies. This position provides reports to the Supreme Sports Director for Revenue and Innovation Generation, and this position helps to lead the efforts made to develop the attendees, generate excitement, and build the rapprochement of the brand through the aforementioned sports programs in the USD and beyond. The assistant director also supervises a team of workers, trainees and partners in various university groups and society to increase revenues.

Duties and responsibilities:
Marketing and revenue operations

  • The first assistant sports director helped to generate revenues and innovation in implementing a comprehensive and long -term strategy to generate revenue for athletics in US dollar.
  • Cooperation in supporting society and communicating with students while leading the brand recognition.
  • Carry out strategies for promotional planning, digital marketing and brands to pay both revenues and participation, with a directive from the Supreme Sports Director for Revenue and Innovation Generation.
  • Cooperation in all aspects of the Marketing and Promotion Department and its support, to include, but not limited to: It is not limited to:
    • Work with the care sales team.
    • Providing leadership and guidance to the trainees marketing for the activities of the Athletics Department in terms of its connection with marketing, promotion and operation activities.
    • Help in developing, guiding and enhancing the fan experience.
  • Contribute to creating fees and video content for use of the game in cooperation with creative services.

Student participation

  • Implementing promotional strategies designed for students, faculty, employees and San Diego community.
  • Helping in developing and implementing multi -channel marketing plans to increase vision and attendance.
  • Activating campus partnerships and student organizations to advance students.
  • It provides a call point for a group of official athletic fans
  • Development and management of an evaluation throughout the year for initiatives facing students for revenue generation purposes.

Employee supervision and development

  • Recruitment, training and management of a team of student workers and marketing trainees.
  • Supervising the appointment of Gameday’s responsibilities and performance evaluation to enhance driving development.
  • Management of ticket students on Gameday.

Ticket sales and stock improvement

  • Work closely with the ticket department to help societal awareness and group sales
  • Cooperation in the ticket initiative to pay the attendance and generate revenues.
  • Help in implementing the plans stipulated in the ticket department related to group sales, mini -plans, one -match sales, and outstanding and strategic sitting to improve ticket sales.

Special projects and external participation

  • Supporting planning and implementing special events, including the subject nights, community initiatives, and activating students’ participation.
  • Helping in popular awareness efforts in conjunction with ticket and care staff.
  • Cooperation with development and graduate relationships to enhance fans experience during special events.

Special recruitment conditions:

  • You should be able to work on the evening and weekends and holidays as needed to support sporting events.
  • Required for travel to choose events outside the campus.

Job requirements:

Minimum qualifications:

  • The required bachelor’s degree.

Favorite qualifications:
