For this role, we expect you to be a seasoned expert, and you have strong design skills, sharp thinking of the product, and the ability to deeply engage in artistic discussions. We work as a small team where engineers and designers work alongside to test ideas, build evidence of concepts, and ship high -quality solutions for customers. You will be a major shareholder and you have ownership and independence to see projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• You will be closely associated with engineering and founders to start and deliver practical road map projects.
• You will communicate with warehouse customers and current users to understand the best place of general design, then you will create the solution.
• Determine the opportunities to redesign the main screens and various flows to enhance the total product, and to address both the main problems and the simple types of paper pieces faced by warehouse users.
• Create model models, initial models and high visuals to connect ideas and describe their implementation.
• Carry out a lightweight design components system to allow others to implement your comprehensive vision of the product design.
• Help hire the new team members who can help push the Depot team and the product forward.

What we are looking for

• 7+ years of experience in designing software
• It should be an enthusiastic subjective start for difficult and comfortable challenges in an environment with ambiguity at times
• The ability to take complex problems and reactions, then distil them to design clear and focused solutions
• I am able to ask questions, experience and call for what you feel right
• Experience initial models with tools such as Figma (and after AI use, HTML/CSS, etc.)
• From a strong desire for ownership, you must be able to set goals and implement them from the idea to measurement
• Written, strong, verbal and comfortable communication skills cooperate with colleagues in an incomplete manner across time areas – most of our work is not simultaneous
