We are seeking a very enthusiastic and skillful individual in practice, well -organized and semi -independently, to work in a 3 -year project funded by Yorkshire Cancer Research for Preparatory Evaluation of DNA repair inhibitors with promising tumor studies by our team.

This will include work within our team to create new Xenograft models (PDX) from an Aromi Dibgian tumor (PDX) using meat cells from within us within the models of stem cell culture (GSC). And eighty) and synageneic models (only the bone). Our team also has extensive experience in providing TTFIELDS to GSCS derived from the patient and will be accessible to clinical samples from patients who were treated with TTFILDS and immunotherapy fields where we build an integrated TTFIELDS research platform to bed.

You will be a practical skilled researcher, well -organized, flexible and committed to a strong experience in the live body (mouse), which will join a diversified laboratory team to conduct laboratory research on a semi -independent basis under the supervision of Professor Kulis, Professor Mattana and Mr. Rumini.

It is expected to be; Design, implementation and evaluation of experiments; Keep excellent experimental records. Prepare the reports regularly and feed other members in the research set. It is also expected that it will contribute to preparing scientific manuscripts, attending and providing meetings of academic/laboratories, and helping to oversee university students and advise graduate research students as necessary as part of a cooperative research team. The successful candidate must be strongly enthusiastic, paid himself, able to accept the direction and be an excellent team player. It is expected that you will expect excellent communication and personal skills.

Ideally, you should get a PhD (or are about to finish) in molecular or cellular biology, or you have appropriate equivalent experience, with good experience in live body models, but this is not necessary.

You will have experience in small animal research with mice including implantation of tumor, monitoring and evaluation cells, photography (such as IVIS & Small Animal MRI), taking blood samples, and post-death analyzes including immune and immune chemistry-with a current or modern personal license (PIL). In addition, you will have experience in the growth of mammary cell culture and manipulation (preferred stem cell culture), Western dryer, immune chemistry, and survival sects (preferred including stencils). The experience in planting osteochophagi cells in the rodents will be useful, but it is not necessary.
