Contractors must also pass a criminal background examination.

Contractual relationship: The relationship between you and work solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of the program’s mission. Work solutions will not be responsible for blocking taxes on your profits while contracting with work solutions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to no claim against work solutions according to it or otherwise in exchange for holiday salaries, pathological leave, retirement benefits, social security, worker compensation, health, disability, additional work, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
