We are looking for a project manager to join our fast content team. The team that stands behind the user interface readings, the content within the application, reflections, articles, and other experiences that inspire millions of users and involve them all over the world.

In this role, the engine that keeps our content production will work smoothly – convert scattered ideas and urgent requests into clear and priority projects and implement them without defect. It will work to intersect creativity and commercial strategy, while ensuring that each part of the content is not only resonated with our audience, but also falls when needed.

Your effect:

• Collecting, clarifying and documenting content production requirements from stakeholders.
• Build and maintain road maps and time schedules projects for all content initiatives.
• Setting tasks for working groups, ensuring a clear scope, final dates, and resources.
• Monitor the progress of the project and management of the deadline.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Determining the risks/blockers early and suggesting solutions.
• Help improve the functions of content production, efficiency and size tools.

About you:

• 1-2 Years of experience in managing project in creative or digital environments.
• A user is confident of Jira, ASana, Trello, Mode or tools similar to maintaining multiple organized initiatives and on the right track.
• Maher in building realistic road maps and managing many parallel projects without losing priorities.
• It is experienced in creating clear project documents for the project – plans, reports and meeting notes that are already accustomed to it.
• It is able to track the scales of delivery (delivery on time, capacity, accumulation) and convert data into implemented visions of stakeholders.
• Premium in the discovery of potential risks, evaluation of influence, and developing strategies to relieve blockers before slowing the team.
• A strong understanding of the methodology of different project management and when to be applied to increase efficiency.
