Who are you:

Galaxy is looking for a co -operations co -operations to support CO in managing the daily financial operations of an exciting new initiative in Galaxy Digital. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth coordination through our internal teams, our mother company Galaxy Digital, and our external partners. Our financial operations are highly focused on supporting the daily activity related to our different customer activities and financial activities with our partners and sellers. You are flourishing in leading cooperation between domestic and external teams, including technology, product, customer services, financing, compliance, legal and marketing. This role is ideal for a very organized problem that flourishes in a fast -paced environment, and is outperforming multiple tasks, and is excited to support high -performance difference in a dynamic environment.

What will you do:

• Multi -functional financial operations management, customer escalation through technology, products, customer services, financing, compliance, legal and marketing teams
• It is a communication between our internal team, the Galaxy Digital partners, and external partners, which facilitates contact, solving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring compatibility on common goals.
• Monitor the operational workflow, track the main performance standards, and prepare reports or information panels to provide insignificance, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Determining and implementing the process improvements to simplify financial operations, reduce repetition, and enhance cooperation through the team in a dynamic environment.
• Dealing with allocated projects, such as sellers management, resource allocation, and coordination of events, to maintain momentum through financial operations.
• Contribute to risk management by marking early issues early and helping to develop emergency plans.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence by organizing knowledge exchange resources and comments rings.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in financial operations or project management, within technology -based financial services environments.
• The ability to manage daily operations and support multi -functional teams has proven effectively.
• A strong understanding of financial operations, including banking, mediation and encryption services.
• Experience coordination with many stakeholders, including internal teams, mother companies and external partners.
• Organizational skills and exceptional time management, with the ability to deal with multiple priorities in a high -growth environment.
• Book and excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports and presentations and facilitate meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or relevant field.
