Plaio builds the modern supply chain planning program for pharmaceutical companies. We are expanding quickly and looking for a productive designer who is superior to formulating accurate experiences centered around the user that our customers love, and help them work with confidence.

Role: Product Designer (UI/UX)
This role includes deep user research, translating visions into clean facades, and repeating them based on comments and data. You will closely cooperate with product, engineering, business development and customer success to charge polished experiences that feel effortlessly.

What will you do:

• Designing the specifications of the user interface that speeds up development courses and ensures consistent implementation
• Ux Lead strategy for onboarding and critical user trips, focusing on reducing appreciation time for new users
• Work with the product and development to set measuring measures on charging features
• Partner with developers and customer success teams to detect user’s pain points and design pragmatic solutions
• Create and maintain the Plaio Design System, including explanatory specifications and documents drawings
• Contribute to the different visual design needs in the company including, brand guide, marketing, issuance notes and documents.

requirements:

• An associated with an online wallet explains your thinking and status studies for your work
• A degree in design or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years experience in the development team (it can be less with an excellent portfolio)
• Excellent communication
• Those with high skills in Figma
• The experience of taking advantage of the tools of artificial intelligence in your workflow is a reward
