summary:
We are looking for an industrial designer/talented and creative product to join our team and help forming the future of commercial lighting. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the concepts of innovative products from initial thinking to the 3D perception and implementation. Cancelled designs, drawings, and stories will create to connect ideas, and to cooperate closely with engineering and marketing teams to bring concepts to life. It will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our current production lines, and to determine the chances of improvement in both shape and function.

Basic duties and responsibilities:
• Cooperation with the design team at all stages of the product development process, from the concept to production.
• Supporting multiple design projects simultaneously, and helping to track time tables, resources and connections.
• Conducting research on industry trends, materials and lighting technologies to inform design decisions.
Building and maintaining accurate 3D CAD models, technical graphics for initial models and production.
• Helping design reviews with sales, engineering and marketing to align concepts with market needs.
• Create introductory display materials, initial models and design documents to clearly communicate ideas.
• Work closely with engineering, production and sales to improve designs for manufacturing and performance.
• Learn and apply knowledge of manufacturing operations, materials and lighting components.
• Make sure the designs meet the relevant industry standards and assist in the documents of the ETL/UL product certificates.
• Preparing detailed graphics and specifications for manufacturing and marketing (for example, specifications, transmission, boms, production graphics).
• Help coordinate with sellers and the purchase team to support the quotation and purchases.
• Take additional tasks as needed to support the design and development team.

Knowledge, skills and capabilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in the favorite industrial design; Candidates with mechanical or electrical engineering backgrounds and relevant experience will also be considered.
• Experience with three -dimensional CAD drivers – SolidWorks; Infinter with rhinoceros or similar tools is plus.
• He is mastered with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong drawing, presentation, and visual communication skills. Experience with tools like keyshot, mixer or equivalent.
• Verbal, clear and confident communication capabilities.
• Comfortable work in the team’s multi -functional cooperative environment.
• A strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documents and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and time management; The ability to reconcile multiple projects with final dates.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms.
• A mentality directed towards detail with a strong focus on design quality and accuracy.
• Creating and applying concepts, techniques and design challenges quickly quickly.
• The mentality of solving problems with the ability to make decisions and adapt to a fast -paced environment.
• Creating under pressure and meeting tight -time deadlines when needed.

Qualifications:
• A strong passion for design, with a sharp eye for details and a creative mindset to solve problems.
• The ability to cooperate effectively within a multidisciplinary team with contributing to original ideas during the design process.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, materials and production techniques is plus.
• Book and excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide design concepts and comments clearly.
• Comfortable work in a fast -paced environment, managing multiple tasks and transforming priorities.
• A set of relevant design works is needed to show skills, creativity and thinking about design.
