About the job

• The industrial engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing and improving production systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs and maintain the quality of consistent products. This role guarantees that the manufacturing processes are simplified, the use of employment and machinery is maximized, and the factory is operated on global level productivity standards.

Main responsibilities

Production planning and line budget

• Maintaining and improving standard operating procedures (SOPS) for all production processes.
• to implement Time and movement studies To set the values ​​of the micro -minute (SMVS) for each process.
• Improving line layouts and balance work burdens to ensure smooth flow and reduce bottlenecks.
• Watch the efficiency of the daily line and recommend the amendments in the actual time.

Improving the process and manufacturing lean

• Apply Lean Principles (5s, Kaizen, timely) to get rid of waste and reformulate.
• Determine the processes of the process and design innovative solutions to improve productivity.
• Conducting the fundamental cause of quality or efficiency issues and proposing corrective procedures.

Support capacity and costs

• Work with cost and planning teams to provide accurate reservation data.
• Ensure that cost leaves reflect the assumptions of work efficiency and the real machine.
• I recommend allocating the optimal demand for the lines to meet the final dates without extra appendix.

Quality support and compliance

• Cooperation with the quality team to ensure that operations meet customer standards and internal quality.

Training and workforce development

• Train operators, standard supervisors and efficiency techniques.
• Supporting human resources and manufacturers in developing the skills upgrade pipeline.
• Providing performance notes for supervisors to improve team productivity.

Data analyzes and reporting

• Development and maintenance of production information boards (efficiency, use, stopping time).
• An analysis of the contrast between planned production against actual production and the provision of visions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly IE reports to make administrative decisions.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, production engineering or relevant field.
• 3-5 years experience in the clothing or fabric industry (preferably the factory factory).
• Strong knowledge of clothing production and SMV account.
• Maher in lean manufacturing, improving the process, and improving workflow.
• Efficiency in Excel, ERP/MES, and production analysis tools.
