About the job

  • The industrial engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing and improving production systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs and maintain the quality of consistent products. This role guarantees that the manufacturing processes are simplified, the use of employment and machinery is maximized, and the factory is operated on global level productivity standards.

Main responsibilities

Production planning and line budget

  • Maintaining and improving standard operating procedures (SOPS) for all production processes.

  • Improving line layouts and balance work burdens to ensure smooth flow and reduce bottlenecks.

  • Apply Lean Principles (5s, Kaizen, timely) to get rid of waste and reformulate.
  • Determine the processes of the process and design innovative solutions to improve productivity.

Support capacity and costs

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, production engineering or relevant field.

  • Maher in lean manufacturing, improving the process, and improving workflow.
  • Efficiency in Excel, ERP/MES, and production analysis tools.
