The faculty members need experience and are currently employed in their field. Universitat obrta de catalunya needs professionals whose main professional activity is associated with the situation they are advancing, allowing them to provide high -quality service. Therefore, applicants must have a major professional activity that they will maintain alongside their work as affiliated teaching members.

Responsibilities:

Its headquarters in the online learning environment, teachers offer training courses, directions, planning, focus, concentration, motivation and linking students’ learning processes with a proactive approach. It provides educational assistance for students both individually and collectively, and monitoring their learning throughout the semester. They address students’ doubts, provide examples and more interpretations, enhance discussions, encourage participation in forums, and present personal notes to help students learn operations. The training course coaches may also participate in other activities related to the creation of learning resources.

requirements:

• Doctorate degree in language learning with the help of computer, acquisition of the second language, applied linguistics and technology, or relevant field.
• The original or almost original efficiency in Spanish or English.
• Experience in teaching with adults/university students.
• The initiative, good communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team in innovative contexts.
• Advanced information and communications technology skills (text editors, spreadsheet programs, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience in the use of online communication tools online (forums, blogs, etc.).
• The presence of a separate major line of work is an indispensable condition for the selection process.

• The original or semi -original competence in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in distance/teaching, especially in virtual learning environments.
