About this team and the role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical program manager To support our advertising and engineering products. In this role, you will lead the implementation of complex multi -functional programs that drive the development of advertising features, systems and data products. You will coordinate work through engineering, products, data science, interrupted partners and external partners to provide developed and compatible solutions in areas such as targeting, support, bids, and measurement. As TPM, you will play a major role in influencing system design, leading architectural alignment, and ensuring that the program’s goals are achieved on time. You will manage many initiatives simultaneously, work with global and remote teams, and provide clear updates to stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong program leadership, risk management, and a profound understanding of how to intersect technical and business priorities.

What will you do:

• Road maps management for advertising technology and data platform initiatives, ensuring compatibility with work objectives, technical feasibility and compliance requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth and alignment.
• Managing communication with technical requirements, changes in the project by using organizations and changing controls.
• Reporting progress, risk escalating, and highlighting the main achievements of the administration and partners concerned as needed.
• Driving on architectural alignment and coordinating engineering teams via Orgs to provide developed advertising features such as targeting, support and giving in actual time.
• Ensuring compliance with data governance policies and privacy regulations (for example, GDP, CCPA) in all advertising and data initiatives.
• Managing the risks of the system and its consequences, and in a timely manner between the engineer’s managers, leadership and leaders and mitigating the risk of technical delivery.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documents, guaranteeing tracking, transparency, and operational continuity.
• Constantly improve delivery processes and improve workflow through engineering, data science and product management teams.

What you will bring:

• 10+ years of the experience of managing the technical program in delivering ads and ecosystem for advertising technology.
• The experience of managing software engineering programs ends to the end
• Excellent personal skills to reconcile many activities without losing sight on the first elements
• The ability to understand complex concepts and make logical decisions with incomplete data sometimes
• Good communication skills, building relationships, and negotiation skills
• The ability to communicate and interact with leaders within the advertising organization and through business
• The experience of cooperation with engineering and architecture teams to influence and contribute to the design of the main advertising component system
• Experience in ensuring the balance of system design decisions, technical requirements, technical feasibility, performance, and long -term maintenance capacity
• The experience of leading architectural reviews and designing support for the total distributed systems to deal with the delivery of the advertisement in the actual time
