Fellow Research/Fellow Research (Healthy Economic Modeling) 8/9 grade at Liverpool University

We are seeking a global amendment to higher and technical motives with experience in assessing health technology (HTA) to join the Liverpool review and implementation set. Located in the Department of Health Data Science (HDS), it is part of the Population Institute (IPH) at the University of Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced economic navigator to help form a health policy and practice in the United Kingdom and internationally.
As part of the Nihr Foreign Assessment Group (EAG), which works to hold technology evaluation reviews (TAR), it will play a pivotal role in generating and criticizing evidence to inform health decisions and enhance economic evaluation methods. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of health, statistical economists and methodologists to lead the criticism of economic evidence provided to the National Institute of Health and Care (NIC), NHS and industry partners.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growing output of the synthesis of evidence and HTA, and the topics of the broader health economy research within the iPH either through methods of methods or through cooperation with university colleagues, NHS partners and industry in applied projects. Support will be provided to the first professional researchers who have not yet had great experience in attracting grant financing. Candidates who apply for the ninth grade are expected to have a winning of funding either in an academic environment or the private sector.
You will have a master’s degree or equivalent experience in health economics, economics, mathematics, statistics, operational research or similar quantitative discipline. For those applicants who want to pursue more academic accreditation, the administration can support doctorate through previous publishing.
