Main responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive support to customers through multiple channels:
  • Email
  • Live chat
  • Social media
  • Phone support
• Custom sessions on board and prepare them via video calls
• Development and maintenance of educational aid and lessons documents
• Analyze and tracking applications and support trends
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support operations
