About the project

We are developing a new digital health project in the radiology space. The platform treats a critical gap: enabling patients with transplants to safely access MRI.

By providing an organized and possible workflow for programs that integrate with radiology information systems (RIS) and electronic health records (EHR), the solution supports the clinical teams in referral management, approvals, schedule and documents after the survey.

Our team is now in a stage we are preparing our launch in 2026, and we need someone to join our software development team.

Overview of the role

the project manager It will oversee planning and coordination through products, engineering, compliance and clinical works. This role requires a balance in the ability to adapt and experience medical software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project features through development, compliance and customers on board.
• Coordination of artistic activities, including RIS/EHR (HL7/FHIR) integration and safety requirements.
• Organizational alignment guarantee with HIPAA, GDPR and Eu MDR.
• Tracking the budget and operational standards to support decision -making.
• Facilitating cooperation between engineering teams, products, beds and business.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in medical software, digital health or startups in the field of health.
• Healthcare knowledge IT standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.).
• Introduction with the organizational frameworks of medical programs (for example, ISO 13485 and IEC 82304)
• Organizational skills, communications and strong risk management.
• Languages: English; German is also a great plus.
• Its headquarters in/near Berlin, with a hybrid on the site (personal meetings from day to two days at Mitte/Rosenthaler Platz.)

Details of the contract

• Independent contract
• Duration: Through mid -2016, with an extension/feet possible
• Work burden: 3 to 4 days/week, depending on the project needs.
• Average: fits with experience.
