🔥 Postdoc in magnesium -based folders at Denmark University Technical

We are looking for a full -time post -PhD stage (two years) in the Digital Building Technology Department (DBT), Department of Civil and Mechanical Engineering (DTU construction).
This research position will explore the mechanisms for the development of interaction of magnesium -based folders, and benefit from the latest experiments and numerical modeling tools. This position is part of the prestigious Villum Synergy project, “Mathcrete”, and provides a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with another post -fat specialist in developing photo -building rebuilding tools and 3D modeling, as well as another doctorate and posDocs within the multidisciplinary group. Together, we aim to push the boundaries of digital construction technology and material science!
Responsibilities
Your general focus will be to conduct experiments on exploring the development of magnesium -based folders in different environments, with a special interest in carbonization mechanisms. Practical experience with advanced equipment and mathematical modeling tools will gain to analyze reactions to both the exact and total ranges. As part of this project, your responsibilities will include the following tasks:
- Treating magnesium -based folders and cement materials using different techniques.
- Multi -scale descriptions using EG, SEM, Raman Imaging, TEM, XRD and Rheology and multi -range mechanical test.
- Source Laboratory, Synchrotron 3D Micro and Nano-Disaging.
- Close cooperation with the DTU Construct team, DTU 3D photography center, and DTU account.
- Research and teaching efforts in the department and level of departments according to the necessary and relevant (for example, teaching and projects of doctoral students and joint police).
- Spread your research through posts in “Higher magazines in the fieldAnd attending conferences.
Qualifications:
The background inside cement, inorganic chemistry or relevant fields.
- Experiment with description techniques at an early age and on the site for cement materials.
- Experience with x -rays or neutron tomography.
Flexibility is necessary. We are looking for a team player who can also work independently, which motivates him to help and part of a dynamic research environment; And who has a positive, supportive and creative look. We expect you to have good communication skills and personal interaction and to be fluent in the English language.
As an official qualification, you must get a doctorate (or equivalent).
