Dubai Dubai University Dubai Looking for qualified academic and experienced individuals to join College of Business and Law like A great lecturer or lecturer in operations management and the supply chain. This role is ideal for professionals committed to providing high -quality teaching, contributing to the development of curricula, and supporting academic and vocational development of students.

You will be responsible for providing subject content through business management programs, with a focus on the real world application, global trends and integration through disciplines. As a large lecturer or lecturer, you will participate in academic leadership, research, scientific activity, and strategic cooperation with industry and institutional partners.

Main responsibilities – for both the lecturer and senior lecturer

• Providing lectures, workshops and seminars through university levels and graduate studies.
• Teaching basic units in areas such as:
• Operations Management
• Global supply chain management
• Logistics technology and supply chain
• Manufacturing operations
• Operations research
• Automation and control
• Transport systems
• Industrial engineering
• Funding for supply or marketing chain
• Development of training course materials and evaluation strategies are in line with the results of the program.
• Support students’ participation and academic success through guidance, advice, and supervision of the thesis/project.
• Contribute to the innovation of curricula, promotion of the program, and academic quality guarantee operations.
• Building external relationships with industry partners and participating in communicating with society or employing students.
• Participate in university governance, events and general participation initiatives.

Additional responsibilities – great lecturer

• Driving new units and contributing to the design of the strategic program.
• Coordination of stereotypes and the support of beginners faculty.
• Create a set of research projects or consulting with the ability to publish or generate income.
• Play a leadership role in academic management activities and faculty development activities.

Candidate requirements

Lecturer – Required criteria

• Master’s or PhD/DBA in operations management, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Ideally 2-4 years of experience in teaching in higher education, preferably within the alignment curriculum in the United Kingdom.
• Objective experience in at least four areas:
• Operations research, industrial engineering, automation and control, manufacturing operations, global supply chain, logistics services, transportation systems, or related fields.
• Experience in providing innovative teaching and evaluation methods.
• The ability to provide information using various methods suitable for various learning needs.
• A strong commitment to successful students, academic integrity, and comprehensive teaching practices.
• Desired: The experience of contributing to the development of curricula or scientific activity.

Big Lecturer – Required Criteria

• Doctorate or DBA is complete in operations, supply chain management, or a closely related field.
• Ideally 5-6 years of experience in higher education education or equivalent vocational/industrial background.
• Strong knowledge and academic leadership in operations and supply chain topics (see the list above).
• Evidence of curricula design and the development of the stereotype/program.
• The research or scientific activity showed a busy record or a strong pipeline for publishing in international magazines.
• The experience of contributing to consulting, external financing, or professional networks.
• The ability to direct colleagues and lead academic teams has been proven.
• Desired: the experience of teaching professional learners or executive education.
