It provides reports to the entertainment supervisor, marketing services, creative content writers and developer responsible for creating attractive, useful and convincing content to promote entertainment programs and services in the city of Fujan. This position focuses on the production of high -quality written materials through various platforms, including seasonal digital publications such as entertainment, as well as the descriptions of the program that reflect the diversity and value of the section offers. The creative content writer and developer will cooperate with other governor within the department to ensure consistency in correspondence, compatibility with administrative communication strategies, and adhere to the brand standards. In addition, this position plays a major role in supporting marketing and communication efforts, enhancing community participation, and contributing to the vision of management in general and its impact through developing strategic content and effective use of digital and traditional communication channels.

Strategic writing and communications

  • Production of high -quality written content, attractive, useful and accessible to different channels, including, but not limited to, site copies, blog articles, social media content, ENWSLSLTTERS, diguides/ebrochures, messages, main messages, speaking, speaking.

  • Writing and reviewing PSAS, speaking notes, text programs and events notes for senior leaders.
  • Supporting senior leaders by developing strategic content that contributes to a strong and consistent external voice through various platforms (LinkedIn, speaking ties, other materials facing the public), displaying the impact of management, providing major initiatives and enhancing the municipal leadership of the ministry, to review and consent the supervisor.
  • Cooperation with internal stakeholders to develop strategic written communications in response to emerging issues and general/public concerns (main messages, background tools, psas, common questions, briefing materials).

Social media and the site

  • Developing attractive content for social media platforms.
  • Establishing and improving advertising campaigns on social media, including writing ads, targeting consumption and monitoring performance to increase access, participation and transfers.
  • Standing content, monitoring participation and responding to public inquiries.
  • Monitor the scales of social media participation and provide visions to improve to enhance the interaction and access of the public.
  • Contributes to managing the constant website content, including, but not limited to, web updates, audit and update of the current Web/Web Ports, creating new web pages, ensuring current and accessible content and compatible with current ADA/AODA standards.
  • It contributes to the development and implementation of SEO and content marketing strategies to help increase the traffic traffic, improve the performance of the web page search and enhance access to the public.

Interactions with others

  • Work closely with marketing designers to support the creation of multimedia content (photos, videos, etc.) that enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Establishing relationships and cooperation with other governors within the department to collect information and visions of the marketing guarantee.
  • Communicate with sellers to obtain quotes for marketing materials and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.

Research, reporting and analyzing data

Other duties

  • Maintaining a one -year marketing evaluation and a critical path to ensure regulation and accuracy.
  • Update and maintenance of the main menu to describe the entertainment program.
  • It helps in the sources of promotional elements and goods.
  • It helps maintain stock of promotional materials and re -storage when necessary.
  • It performs the relevant tasks and projects, and are appointed, which are compatible with job or necessary responsibilities to achieve management goals.
  • Responsible for guaranteeing compliance with the law and professional health, health and occupational health and safety policy of companies and related procedures.

Qualifications and experience
• Three (3) College diploma in English, communications, journalism, or related field.

  • At least four (4) years related to full -time, progressive experience in writing content, communications, and/or marketing, preferably in a public sector, entertainment or community service environment.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to formulate clear, attractive and comprehensive content for various masses and platforms.
  • Knowledge of Canadian Press style (CP) is considered the original.
  • A strong knowledge of the development of strategic content and communications, including the development of messages, tone and targeting of the public.
  • Efficiency in marketing digital content and best practices of senior economic officials, including keyword integration, improving content and performance analysis.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms to spread content, scheduling and monitor.
  • Understanding accessible standards (for example, ADA, WCAG) and comprehensive communication principles.
  • The ability to cooperate effectively with internal teams, subject experts and stakeholders to collect information and ensure compatibility with the brand and communication goals.
  • Organizational skills and management of powerful projects, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet the final dates in a fast -paced environment.
  • Having an Ontario ‘G’ driving license, in a good position, with access to a reliable vehicle for companies.
  • The site coverage for entertainment programs and events in community centers, gardens and other places run by the city.
  • You should be ready to work flexible hours that include evenings and weekends at different locations.
