Edward Jones Voice Services Department runs more than 14,000 IP accessories on a voice network for international institutions to support the company’s teams and departments that provide a very available service to our customers, branches and partners. The department is managed by a set of services from design, implementation, management and support for audio technologies at the level of the institution, audio post applications, computer telecommunications integration applications, central call registration applications, and communication center applications including workforce management and installation tools, maintenance, and repair of communication data and the audio communication department.

What you will need

• Cooperation closely with colleagues and third -party sellers to explore and repair problems.
• Development and maintenance of computer phone phone integration applications (CTI).
• Solve complex problems for audio and applications
• Providing quality results in time while managing competing priorities
• Improving comprehensive service and efficiency in support operations from year to year
• After the criteria and guidance of the company, the team and the industry related to the management of change and technologies to implement solutions.
