We are looking for a purchase official directed towards detail and organizer to manage the purchase of goods, materials and services for our company. The ideal filter will ensure timely purchase, maintain sellers’ relationships, and help improve costs while meeting quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

Source and evaluation of suppliers, negotiations on conditions, and contract management.

Put the purchase orders and ensure the delivery of goods and services in a timely manner.

Monitor inventory levels and coordination with operating teams and logistical services.

Product quality assessment and ensure compliance with the company’s standards.

Maintaining accurate records of purchases and pricing and supplier performance.

Cooperation with financing to verify the bill and address payment.

Search and analysis of market trends to determine the opportunities to save costs.

Solve any issues or differences related to purchases with sellers.
