About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious product manager to form influential educational products and flourish in the sophisticated highway from an increased startup. In this role, it will grow towards developing products products to the mill via a set of initiatives-from discovery to launch-with praise between high-level strategy and rapid implementation. You will participate closely with more menstrual cycle in Org to work with the owners of the organizational interest, UX/UI designers and engineers in order to build solutions that enable teachers, officials, students and internal teams.
Success in this role will benefit from a deep knowledge of the implementation of the curricula and the ability to apply that experience in an environment in which priorities will turn quickly, the resources are meager, and quickly. You will learn to balance many initiatives simultaneously, adapt to flying, and make smart scourges without losing long -term goals. Above all, brings energy, creativity and clarity of communication to maintain the consensus of various teams and move forward in the face of change.

requirements
• Previous experience support, leadership or deep participation in the adoption of curricula and implementation on a large scale, perfectly in a large school area or a multi -province context
• A huge plus: the experience of managing large areas needs in terms of digital evaluation tools and LMS integration
• Oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt the tone and elegance across the artistic and non -artistic audiences
• Strong efficiency of the organization, prioritization, facilitation of decisions, and repetitive implementation
• Comfort with mystery and the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments
• A huge plus: previous experience in working with software engineers, writing product requirements, or supporting SDLC in an other way in PM-Edjacent roles

The basic compensation scope of this role is 84,600-94,000 dollars. The total compensation for this role also includes a full benefits package. The scope of compensation and its address can be modified based on the actual experience.
