ChanGeworks is looking for a great advisor to support our research and options analysis service portfolio, with attention and flexibility to contribute to our wider wallet with its development.
As a great advisor, you will play an important role in leading the development and delivery of projects, high -quality services and services that support the ChanGeworks strategy to accelerate Scottish homes and a fair move to zero.
You will play an important role in the team, and work with the main consultants and other members of the consulting team to determine and follow opportunities to develop and diversify our portfolio from projects, income services and services that focus on influencing.
You will contribute to business development – support customer exploration, tender leadership and bid writing. Once the work is secured, it will supervise the management of a set of services, projects and contracts using historical and expected financial and administrative information to ensure the achievement of its goals and goals and are delivered on time and the budget.
Senior consultants lead the role model, the management of employees in a proactive and supportive manner in line with the values ​​of change. As required, you will support employees to implement their roles effectively with a professional development.
Finally, you will also play a role in supporting our pre-emptive efforts to use ChanGeworks and experience to form the policy and practice of the sector-through contributions to the leadership of thought, public participation, and work groups through sites.
About you

- Strategic Insight: Understanding Politics and Organizational Landscape in Scotland and the United Kingdom, and the challenges and opportunities our customers and partners face in local buildings.
- Technical Experience: Specific Research Methodology and Strong Knowledge and Application to Research Presses Related to Amendment.
- Business Development: Experience in Developing Customer Relations, Writing Tenders and Discussions, and Securing Contracts and Financing from Commercial and Charitable/ Academics.
- Project delivery and team management: a strong experience in providing excellence in project management in a professional role, research or consultant, with a commitment to guidance and skills development.
- Communication and Cooperation: Skills of communication and strong presentation, with experience in dealing with various stakeholders groups.

About the consulting team
Our consulting team provides analytical services and consulting experts to a variety of clients, including local authorities, housing societies, Scottish government, and organizations in the third and private sectors. Our work covers the full spectrum of Scotland homes in Scotland-from the energy efficiency and low carbon heat to renewable energy systems, fuel poverty, and behavior change.
We support customers to remove carbon from housing assets and contribute to evidence to inform politics, planning, supply chains and financing on both the national and local levels.
