We are a hotel management company and Airbnb is headquartered in New York City, with the team divided from home all over the world (we were working from home before the direction! :-)). Founded in 2015, they survived the epidemic and began to grow again!

Looking for

We are looking for a member of the Rockstar team to fill the team of our guest services and reservation services. Your primary role will be to help answer the guest questions, verify reservation requests, and to provide guest support in general. The size of the inquiries is somewhat low, so you will also be asked to work on administrative tasks, marketing, sales, or research during this transformation. These tasks will be set according to the skills group and interests.

Convert

You are expected to run from your computer, monitor calls and messages from your phone on Friday. When applying, please describe the Airbnb guest service experience or Airbnb.

salary

$ 1,250 – 2,500 dollars/month. It depends on experience.

requirements

– 5+ years of experience in the services of the hotel’s guests or Airbnb

– 1 steel internet connection at least 30 Mbps

– An internet and battery internet connection in case of power outages

– A laptop and a cell phone capable of supporting the latest versions of IGMS and Line2

Quiet behavior and fast lightness

– The ability to think creative under pressure

– The ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects

Note that we will not employ anyone with less than 5 years of experience in the hotel or Airbnb. It is expected that you will work alone after a period of training for one week, and this unfortunately a highly slope educational curve without previous experience.
