Customer Support Specialist Crypto Igaming Platform in the whale season

Basic focus: Customer Support (60 %) | Community Management (30 %) | Business Development (10 %)
What will you do daily?
Customer support (your main responsibility)
- Deal with 40-60+ direct chat and email memory daily via Internal contact
- Solve the problems of encryption transactions, deposits/clouds, wallet problems and games inquiries
- Explining mistakes and fixing technical problems with urgency and clear communication
- Documenting solutions and building our aid center
- Keep 95 %+ CSAT and response times under 5 minutes
Community management
- Effectively moderate and engaging in dispute (Our main center), I respondedGame forums
- Extractive issues, celebration of winning, and maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Share updated updates and events and create sticky content
- Reporting the feelings of society and the player’s reactions to the weekly leadership
Growth and communication
- Publishing strategy in societies and encryption games to attract quality players
- Build relationships with Micro and MIDLE Colls In the coding games area
- Determine the partnership opportunities through the original participation
Your schedule
- 5 days/week, seizures for 8 hours (Total 40 hours)
- Flexible transformation times based on coverage needs (we will discuss during the interview)
- The weekend may be needed when rotating
You are perfect if you have:
It should be (not negotiable)
✅ Original English/fluent English Grading rules, dictation and communication
✅ 2+ years of encryption experience – You can use the portfolio actively, understand gas fees, know the difference between CEX/Dex, and follow the encoding culture
✅ Customer support experience for one year With measureable performance measures
✅ Interior efficiency (Or Zendesk/Freshdesk – Self -chat platforms)
✅ Management of the dispute community – Service servers have managed with more than 500 members
✅ A real passion for games You understand psychology and games societies
Strong preferences
⭐ Igaming/Casino/SPORTSbook (huge) experience
⭐ Knowing the perfect fair systems, House Edge, RTP
⭐ Experience with Kol Outreach or dependent marketing
⭐ Activity on Twitter Crypto, Telegram, or Bitcontalk
⭐ Understanding responsible gambling practices
