• A busy record of providing high -level strategic support to senior managers, and providing operational, planning and commercial projects management.
• Excellent and written communication skills; Lightness of personal movement, great time management skills and the ability to build strong reliable relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Cooperative work experience, resource coordination and logistical requirements, and management of a team to provide an excellent service for all stakeholders.
• The ability to review and refine administrative operations, and provide innovative solutions to problems when necessary.
• The relevant experience in higher education structures will be desirable.
