The lawyer, and the role of legal affairs is part of the Sony Pictures Entertainment Legal Team, based in London. The role supports the privacy office in Europe, the Middle East, and EMEA and APAC work. The role is presented to the Vice President, Labor Law, in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with a line dotted to the legal director of data privacy in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

This role is suitable for qualified lawyers with 3 years of experience + post -rehabilitation, and the previous experience of industry is useful. The role of the Legal Adviser, Vice President, Labor Law, EMEA and APAC, will support advice on legal issues of employment throughout Europe, the Middle East and Epacle. This role will also be responsible for the legal advice of data privacy in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, and in both cases, all Sony Pictures entertainment lines will cover, along with production companies and joint projects.

The role requires exceptional organizational and personal skills in addition to the ability to multiply tasks, set priorities, prepare for the direction of guidance, and receive comments to ensure the completion of all tasks and projects in an accurate and timely time.

What will you do:

• A strong understanding of the employment law and the law of data privacy and compliance.

• Working as a consultant to business partners by providing practical and timely guidelines.
• It will deal with, manage and coordinate a wide range of legal activities, including:
• Helping to formulate and negotiate privacy provisions and contracts, including data processing agreements and data sharing agreements.
• Helping to formulate and negotiate agreements related to employment, including all forms of employment and participation contracts and settlement agreements.
• Providing M&A support for transactions, including data privacy and employment analysis of due care, and advice on data privacy requirements and the terms of the employment law during all stages of transaction.
• Partnership with the Privacy Technology, Operations and Authority owners in businesses to review new processing activities and support with the creation and assessments of the effect of privacy, the analysis of legitimate benefits and the effects of the impact of transportation.
• Partnership with the team and the organization in matters of consulting relations and the daily relevant employee.
• Helping to create, maintain and update the legal team documents of the Privacy and Employment Office, including privacy agreements, employment agreements and template documents.
• Conducting organizational monitoring research throughout the regions of Europe, the Middle East and Africa to determine the main changes and updates of data privacy and employment directions, identify organizational enforcement concentration, provide updates and summaries to the privacy office and the legal team of the job, and to help take appropriate measures to comply with the institution, including developing and providing legal updates to help communicate, and create Awardnise.
