Bater University libraries call for the position of head of resource and systems strategies. This position provides leadership and vision for Butler Libraries groups and book, systems and scientific communication work. They lead a section of six people responsible for the acquisitions of libraries, resource participation, electronic resource management, assembly management, and scientific communications. This position cooperates with the dean of libraries and heads of departments in strategic planning, setting up the library’s priorities, drafting policy, managing employees, allocating budgets, developing and implementing strategies to better implement the mission of libraries. As a faculty member in the library, the position also bears communication responsibilities: to provide the library education, develop assembly, and support research for a selected (s) college or department. This is the date of the continuous faculty of 12 months (unprecedented) and reports to the dean of libraries.

Salary range: $ 73,000.00 – 86,000.00 dollars
