Communication between cell materialism

Overview of the role:

We are looking for a post -doctoral research world to join Professor Molly Stevens Laboratory at the Cavilli Institute to discover Nanosage. We are looking for a world of drug delivery with extensive experience in formulating and biological evaluation of materials to deliver medicines. The pregnant woman will develop highly productive methods (mechanism) to test DNA delivery in the laboratory. The pregnant woman will focus after assessing the efficiency of the Tarsfakkhen, the investigation of immunity and the trafficking within the cells of the tested nanoparticles. The publication will closely relate to researchers who work in the fields of material science, biological engineering, chemistry and biology.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop an automatic pipeline for the cells.
  • RNA synthesis and DNA molecules.
  • Developing correspondent cell lines to track biological processes of interest
  • Investigating trafficking within cells and immunity from polymer and fatty particles.
  • Creating multidisciplinary protocols to merge materials into biomedical applications
  • Do the associated data analysis and interpret it
  • Helping other research employees in the daily management of the group’s laboratories.
  • Communicating with others who work in wide areas related to the research project

Selection criteria:

  • Hold, or are about to finish a doctorate/DPHil in biotechnology, material science, nanotechnology or relevant field.
  • Experience in formulating polymer/fat nanoparticles to deliver drugs.
  • Experience in the culture of laboratory cells for different types of cells, and 3D models
  • Experience in the biological cells/chemical
  • Experience in molecular biology techniques
  • Knowing the delivery of medications in the models in the laboratory and in the live body.
