Hungry, strict, and directed towards influence-you know how to win new businesses, build strong partnerships, and develop accounts in permanent relationships.
About the role
As a customer partner, you will have the comprehensive growth of a wallet, with a laser focus on the customer’s acquisition, the development of partnership, and the winning of new deals.
requirements
You will flourish in this role if:
- You have a busy record of obtaining and closing new customers in the information technology services industry.
- You are skilled in the full cycle of consulting and sales – from excavation and translation, to negotiation, delivery and account expansion.
- You can bring a strong business acumen and a strong understanding of the life development course, digital transformation, and emerging techniques.
- You can communicate with confidence with stakeholders at the C and VP level, and convert conversations into signed contracts.
- You appreciate the closure of the deal today and the construction of the partnership for tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
- Gain the customer and close the deal: Driving the sales cycle from the First Touch to the signed contract, and bypass your share.
- Partnership Development: Cultivation of Relationships with Innovative Emerging Companies and Fortune 500 brands, and opening new opportunities.
- Account growth: Alignment of after -sales delivery, customer satisfaction guarantee, and expansion of Intellectsoft on services and geography.
- The presence of the market: Work as a brand ambassador, setting our solutions and leading thought to solve the challenges of the customer.
- Negotiations and Strategy: Contracts Management, Commercial Advertising, Going to the Market, and Work closely with marketing, legal and financing. Providing leadership and insight on customer needs, and contributing to the development of the product/service in cooperation with multi -functional teams.
