Boston University libraries are seeking the next director of private and archives that will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership to archive the library, rare book and technical property. As a leader who focuses on users and collaborators, you will lead to planning and implementing operations and evaluating groups to support instructions, education and communication programs and services.   • You will be a strong manager, you will recruit, go and support a team of librarians, archive specialists, high trainees and student employees, who suffer from university archives, research services, treatment and assembly management, exhibitions, and participation.
  • As an innovative leader, you will lead to provide participation programs including research services, reading room, reference services, research fields, increased education program, communication, exhibitions, public programs and have talent in harmonizing participation strategies with the campus and external partners, in compatibility with libraries and university priorities.
