The head of residential life will play a major role in forming a program that reflects the CA values ​​with the preparation of students for independence, leadership and success after graduation. Providing reports to the Vice -President of Schools and Secondary School, the head of residential life is responsible for creating the vision and guidance for the residential life program at the Canadian Academy; Create and implement policies, procedures and programs that guarantee a safe, attractive and supportive environment for all students ascending; And monitor the quality of programs and results and make adjustments as needed. Main responsibilities:

Leadership and supervision of employees

• Partner with the Admission Department to promote the housing program and represent it for potential families and educational advisers.

The required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• Five years or more leadership experience in a residential program or a relevant educational environment.
