Campaign Director – Employment of Normal Giving – Woodland Trust

The Woodland Trust is looking for a manager – regular giving for employment to provide organic marketing activity that supports ambitious growth goals, and employed new supporters to help us reach 1.2 million members by 2030.

Role:

  • Digital recruitment campaigns will lead via paid, organic and emerging channels, creating attractive content and improving performance in actual time.
  • You will manage and improve membership pages on Woodland Trust, using data and testing to increase transfers.
  • You will analyze the results of the campaigns and report therein, and exchange ideas and recommendations with colleagues to advance continuous improvement.
  • You will cooperate with the internal teams and external partners to provide an integrated and effective marketing activity across all channels.
  • It will be supervised by budgets, suppliers, and administrative operations, and ensuring efficient and effective campaigns.
  • You will support the development of new initiatives, partnerships and creative resources that inspire the masses and develop our membership.

This is a 13 -month specific contract.

This role includes a mixture of work from home and in our main office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Visits will not be needed for Grantham more than once a month on average.

Candidate:

  • You have enthusiasm for the environment and share the growth of basic values ​​together, explore, focus and make it important.

We are looking for candidates for the following:

  • Campaign delivery management, including work with creativity and content teams to produce the assets necessary for marketing activity
  • Excellent digital marketing management skills and strong awareness of the platforms and channels used to provide effective marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in providing marketing campaigns from one side, perfectly, in a charitable or non -profit environment, with a strong understanding of acquisition via multiple digital channels.
  • You are confident of the management of budgets and the understanding of the main financial standards such as CPA, ROI and LTV.
  • You flourish in the culture of “testing and learning”, using data and insight to inform decisions and improve performance.
  • You have strong analytical skills, with experience in using Google Analytics and PPC, Google grants and social media monitoring tools to evaluate and improve campaigns.
  • You are skilled in building fruitful relationships with suppliers, agencies and internal teams, ensuring that the campaigns are working smoothly and providing results.
