The role and responsibilities

The WME Business Affairs Department supports the WME agents through the use of law, contracts and commercial rule to help agents hold the best deals for their customers. We also manage contractual relations between the company’s customers and buyers, and we advise the company’s executives regarding the effective budget for business and legal risks. WME seeks to obtain a very talented and eager individual to join the New York customer services team as a co -adviser that supports customer representation companies at WME. This high -size practice supports a large group of customer managers working in narrow time frames.

The basic responsibilities include:
• A draft of the customer representation agreements, negotiating and tracking them.
• Draft of protection messages and tracking;
• Performance, negotiation and follow NDAS with third parties;
• Performed, negotiating and tracking other paper works, including channel management agreements and agreements related to digital advertising sales;
• Help compliance with the Agency Syndicate requirements with WGA, DGA and SAG-Aftra;
• Helping with the agency’s licensing requirements, conflicts of interest management and foreign inquiries in the field of business; and
• Enhancing long -term positive relationships with WME customers, agents and other internal stakeholders
