Opportunity:

Perform an original research on the neurological networks behind the treatment of natural optical stimuli, using widespread calcium imaging in the live body and virtual reality in awake mice.

Analysis of calcium photography data collections widely of photon with behavioral data (student diameter, speed, engine movements).

This full -time post (35 hours per week); However, we are open to looking at part -time work patterns. We are also open to considering hybrid work requests (on a non -contracting basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular work on campus.

The salary for this position UE07 41,064 pounds sterling to 48,822 pounds annually.

Your skills and characteristics for success:

• PhD in neuroscience is required with experience in calcium photography on a large scale of Foton
• Programming skills, Matlab, (and/or Bethon)
• The ability to communicate complex information clearly, orally and in writing
• Experience in electrical physiological recordings
