Theatrical arts technician (sound) at Sari University
Do you have a passion for voice performance and live performance? We are looking for an experienced technician in the theatrical arts (Sound) to join the artistic team within the GSA Operations and Events Department.
In this role, it will bring specialized experience to support the delivery of GSA programs, with a special focus on theatrical products, technical lectures and live events. By working closely with employees and students, you will help achieve products and offers to the highest level, while sharing your skills to develop the next generation of theater specialists.
You will play a major role in delivery:
- GSA production and public offers
- Technical lectures through our university programs and graduate studies
- Research events and community community activities
- Open days, conferences, lectures and other events
The technical team also provides equipment, guidance and maintenance support, ensuring excellence in all GSA activities. Providing a distinguished student experience is essential in everything we do.
The hours are usually from Monday to Friday, 9-5, with some flexibility about production schedules.
About you
It will bring professional experience within the audio section to various living productions, ideally with some experience in the field of higher education or higher education.
As an experienced voice, you will have:
- Knowing the current practices and techniques in the professional theater and live entertainment
- Strong administrative, pastoral and personal skills
- The ability to supervise and support students and their independent employees
- Experience in helping technical lectures and support students learning
- Equipment management experience, budgets and maintenance
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet the final dates and manage your work burden
You will also have an updated, safety, and commitment to encourage comprehensive and comprehensive safe practices.
