About the role:

Ust employed with experienced SAP FI Adviser To lead a dual -focused initiative for a major international company operating in Ukraine.

This role combines two critical currents:

1. Settle of SAP FI for Ukrainian legal compliance
2. Improving and automating VAT documents

You will play a pivotal role in aligning the company’s SAP system with Ukrainian accounting and tax regulations, while simplifying the functions of the value -added tax to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Main responsibilities:

Ukrainian resettlement

• Gaps analysis between SAP FI/Co Corporate SETUP, Ukrainian accounting standards (P (s) and tax law.
• Design and formation of the SaP Fi (Fi-GL, Fi-AP, Fi-AR, Fi-AA) units to meet local compliance.
• Implementation of Arabization features: value -added tax, corporate profit tax, currency control, legal reports.
• Prepare parallel accounting structures and ensure integration with SD, MM and CO units.
• Development of legal reports and ads (value -added tax, finance, statistical).
• Support the bank’s integration and electronic bills.

📄 VAT automation

• Automation to download and check VAT bills from external sources.
• Improving the accuracy of manual and efficient publishing.
• Enabling system generation from VAT ads.
• Winning link on electronic/paper documents with SAP tracker posts.

🧪 Test, training and support

• Creating and implementing text programs test.
• Training main users on new operations.
• Providing support after transportation and document.

Qualifications and skills:

✅ It should be

• 5+ years of SAP FI consulting experience.
• His success in the SAP resettlement project has been proven at least for Ukraine.
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation and PU standards.
• Practical experience with value -added tax accounting and reporting in SaP.
• Experience in SAP FI units and parallel accounting settings.
• Experience with the processing of the automatic bill and the integration of documents.
• Strong skills to solve problems and communication.
• English efficiency (average or higher).
