Sanctuary Ai, a global leading company in building an ingenuity -dependent Amnesty International for the public robots for public purposes, is looking to employ an engineer for skilled and enthusiastic manufacturing operations to join our operating team. The manufacturing engineer is a decisive part of our team, and it supports the marketing of products, NPI and the manufacture of size.

Submit reports to the head of manufacturing, will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our growing organization in general.

As the campus is artificial intelligence Manufacturing operation engineer It will be an important part of the team as it supports the continuous improvement in our operations function, has the coordination of the team project delivery, and the creation of best practices that drive continuous improvements in marketing our products, NPI and volume manufacturing.

Success criteria

• The development of the process of manufacturing lead, publishing and improvements is met to support the introduction of new products and ensure that TTQV (time for quality and size) is fulfilled.
• Development of manufacturing models for new and current products. Work with the cross -functional operations team to improve and ensure capacity to meet production plans.
• Beginning, compatibility and leadership of technical projects (process development, operations and equipment qualifications, assembly, test automation, preserving engineering, etc.) to improve products design and manufacturing results
• Review of product designs for manufacturing and disk engine design changes when necessary to enhance product manufacturing and manufacturing.
• Development and monitoring of the main performance indicators of the manufacture
• Implementing operations improvement projects to make the manufacturing process more powerful and reliable with lean manufacturing tools, such as 5s, kaizen, radical cause analysis, fish fish scheme and one piece flow
• Support the activities of the introduction of the new product (NPI) between research, development and pilot for volume manufacturing.
• Help develop new product introductions, verification lists and lists.
• Development and implementation of the process of verifying the process (IQ, OQ, PQ or the like) to achieve the requirements for controlling the process and the performance of the product
• Review product designs for testing and service ability and make design change recommendations as needed.

Your experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering or similar discipline.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering or industrial engineering roles with experience working with very complex electromechanical products.
• Excellent projects management and team leadership skills through jobs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at any level.
• Good experience with problem solving, analysis of radical causes, and analytical problem solving.
• Previous experience in working with contracts for contracts, local and external.
• The ability to manage and give priority to multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and dates of the deadline; It is able to achieve a balance between deadly needs with long -term strategic initiatives.
• Strong mechanical efficiency with practical knowledge of engineering dimensions and tolerance (GD & T)
• Knowing the work of mechanical, hydraulic, and complex machines.
