summary Yale University seeks to collect dynamic and talented donations and experience to build a comprehensive donation collection program that supports YSC. Submit reports to both the Yale Schwarzman CEO and the Director of the Yale Development College (DOD), and worked as a member of the leadership team at the Schwarzman Center, and the potential donors from gift donors participate and play a central role in cooperation with the center’s employees and its collaborators across the university. The Yale Schwarzman Center is the general general life where art, cooking and well -being experiences converge to build bridges, care for creativity, kinship and belonging. Through unexpected links and cooperation inspired by architecture, artists, and members of Yale and New Haven, it deals with creativity through programming that ranges from intimacy to Grand. The Director of Development is responsible for helping to set priorities to collect donations at the center and connect it according to the task of the organization and its strategic plan, which was completed in February 2024. This includes the identification and transplantation of relations with the members of the Consultative Board of Directors, graduates, parents, friends and friends of the local community. The development manager supervises and manages personal visits to the campus, tours and other activities to inspire and enhance relations with donors and new friends. In cooperation with the executive director of the center and Yale College Dod, the Director of Development is a decisive communication in following up the work of the current consulting council, which includes individuals of high value and famous artists, with the expansion of membership, and work as a major connection to the Schwarzman Foundation. Development Director is responsible for excellent written communications including donor correspondence, gift/grant proposals, officials and supervision. The Director of Development is closely cooperating with the Central Development Office and the leadership of the Yale Schwarzman Center on creative participation strategies, including research and writing, coordination of agriculture events, developing paths and reports on activity and tracking expenses. This is an exciting opportunity for a person interested in building a comprehensive program to collect donations an integral part of the early success of a new cultural center. The ideal candidate will be the constant collection of the trimmed donations that stimulate and yearn to embrace a prosperous emerging organizational culture. This is a hybrid role with the minimum office expectations for 3 days a week. To achieve goals to collect donations, this position requires some travel overnight to meet the donors, as well as the decisive presence in the central events, including nights and weekend holidays as needed. The required skills and capabilities 1. Excellent written and oral communication skills with a special focus on the ability to write advanced. Main responsibilities
1. Work as a strategic advisor to lead the school/unit in development issues. Developing donation collection priorities and clarifying the task and priorities to support cultivation and a wide range of potential donors. Working closely with the senior management to develop goals and strategies to collect short and long -term donations, including creating and enhancing opportunities to connect and collect donations for those working with a wide audience of potential and potential donors. 2. Cooperation with and provide proactive support for individual officials in the Central Development Office, and it is a resource to support the possibility of possible schools/unit and donor development. It may manage a limited portfolio of donors and prospects, and develop agricultural and seam strategies. Enhancing positive relationships with these horizons and donor parties. Work with other development units (for example, planned giving, corporate and institutional relations) to determine appropriate prospects, involve and involve them. 6. Crafts content for use in school/unit donations and graduate participation, including correspondence, proposals, surroundings and exercises.
