Our partner is looking for talented experts for coding (Smes) from Soft engineering industry (SWE) To bring experience in a deep field and raise the quality of our artificial intelligence training data. This is a remote and flexible opportunity to cooperate directly with the search teams in the pioneering AI Lab.

What will you do?

• Directing research teams to swarm of knowledge gaps and improve the performance of the artificial intelligence model in the field of SWE coding.

• Create and keep the strict explanation criteria designed for coding. As Swe Sme, you will set the golden standard for quality and accuracy.

• Development of instructions and evaluation frameworks/evaluation detailed to evaluate typical thinking through tasks.

• Design difficult tasks, related to the field, and write accurate and organized solutions for SWE coding problems.

• Evaluate SWE coding and solutions and make clear and written notes.

• Cooperation with other topic experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

Qualifications

• location: He currently lives in the United States

• education: Master’s degree+

• expertise: Infinitely with artificial intelligence and has at least 2 years of experience in a reputation institution. It will be great to have experience with algorithms and data structures, developing full stacks, large data and distributed systems ..

• Perfect: ~ 40 hours/week with the minimum availability of about 20 hours a week. You will join calibration calls with the customer team 2-5X per week.

• The rate of payment is between $ 90 and 100 dollars per hour.
