Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all the basic scrum celebrations (daily standing, enemy planning, polishing accumulation, reviews, back back)
• Make sure to understand and follow the principles of Scrum
• Help the owner of the product and stakeholders in maintaining the accumulation of a well -organized product
• Remove the obstacles that slow the team’s progress
• Training the team on best graceful practices, which enhances continuous improvement
• Track and report on enemy standards (speed, burned plans, blockers) to the administration
• Support is compatible between stakeholders in engineering and businesses, and ensuring clear communication of priorities and results

requirements:

• 3+ years of installed experience k Scrum Master In the software development environment
• The powerful knowledge Green frames and scrum (Scrum Alliance or a safe certificate is plus)
• Experience work with Fintech Projects or Saas He prefers
• Efficiency with Gathering project management tools (Jira, convergence, or equivalent)
• Facilitation, communication and staining skills in strong accuracy
• The ability to train and direct members of the technical and non -technical team alike
• Comfortable cooperation in Distributed teams
