We are looking for a manager of a clinic to lead the daily delivery of UWE Bristol clinics facing the patient (except for the vision clinic), ensuring excellent care standards, operational efficiency, and a great experience for students, employees and patients.

About the role

you will:

• Leadership and management of the delivery of our clinics facing the patient, and support for employees and students to provide safe and high -quality clinical practice.
• Supervising resources, systems and financial resources to ensure smooth, effective and sustainable clinic operations.
• Form and deliver an ascetic strategy to develop our clinic, and work with academic programs and external partners.
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and organizational requirements.
• Developing policies, processes and innovations that enhance patient care and student learning.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a dynamic professional with:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience in employee management in a complex environment.
• Financing, resource and budget management experience.
• Excellent communication and construction skills, with the ability to work through academic, secret and professional teams.
• A busy record in providing high -quality and innovation services.
