About the job

We seek to appoint a research director for research to join the REDS support and development support team within the office for study studies, research and participation (OPRE) to provide high -quality support to our research community with a focus on developing and preparing research and knowledge grants. As part of a supportive team and thinking forward, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of people who share a passion for a positive change. By working closely with other research development managers in red, academics, influence and innovation managers through a wide range of specialties, you will aim to support effectively because we provide our ambition 2028 to develop research income and exchange knowledge to increase the economic, social and cultural impact of our activities that we serve.

About you

It will bring experience in providing advice and support successful to researchers to develop projects funded from abroad. Through the detailed knowledge of the UK and international financing plans, the experience of research and assessment of financing mechanisms and sponsors, you will also have experience in working with colleagues and external stakeholders to develop projects and budgets that cost them appropriately.
